Middlesboro Middle School celebrated Veteran's Day on Friday, November 10th. Students attended a program at Central Arts Auditorium during the morning where they learned about the history of the flag, the sacrifices of local servicemen, and several traditional patriotic songs, poems, and stories.
A complimentary lunch was served at the middle school following the program for all veterans and their spouses.
