Enroll With Us

MIS is a blended Head Start/State Preschool program.  Below are the eligibility requirements for Middlesboro Preschool (Does not include Head Start)

4-year-olds: Must be 4 years old on or before August 1 of the current school year, and meet one of the following criteria: 

• Family income at or below 160% of the federal poverty level.

• Developmental delays or disabilities.

• Placement in foster care or identified as homeless under the McKinney-Vento Act.

• Other at-risk factors as determined by the local school district.

3-year-olds: May be eligible if they have a developmental delay or disability.

Enrollment Requires:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
• Physical
• Proof of Income 
• Custody docs (if applicable)
