In The App
1. Tap the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner.
2. Tap Account
3. Tap Notifications
4. Toggle on School Alerts
5. Toggle on Notifications for App Notifications, Text Notifications, and Email Notifications.
6. Select Digest or Instant for App Notifications, Text Notifications, and Email Notifications.
On The Web
1. Once you have logged into your account, click on the drop arrow next to your name in the top right corner.
2. Select My Account.
3. Click on Notifications Settings in the menu on the left-hand side.
4. Make sure school alerts are turned on.
5. Select your desired notification settings for Email, Text, and the App (if you have it).
OFF: You will not receive any notifications when communications are sent.
DIGEST: You will receive a summary of all the messages sent once a day at 6 PM.
INSTANT: You will receive a notification EVERY time a message is sent.
